Man & Machine, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the product it manufactures shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. Manufacturer's sole obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing with the same or comparable items that have failed due to manufacturing and/or mechanical defects only. Normal wear and tear (i.e. key legend wearing off), and abuse (i.e. ripped/torn keys, frayed/torn cables, etc.), negligence, accident, mishandling, lightning or flood, or other Acts of God are not covered under this warranty. ***PLEASE NOTE***
For our "Premium Keyboards and Mice" (ReallyCool, SlimCool, ReallyCool Touch, SlimCool+, MightyMouse, PetiteMouse, SoCool), we incorporate a date code in the serial number on the end of the cable. The year it was manufactured is represented by a letter. Any keyboards or mice that were manufactured within the last two years (they would have a letter "O", "P", "Q" or "R" in the serial number date code), or have a yellow "Lifetime Warranty" label on the cable near the USB connector, would still be considered under our warranty, assuming they are not damaged or abused. Anything outside of this range would be considered normal wear and tear, and no longer covered under our manufacturers warranty. These items have exceeded their life expectancy for a keyboard or mouse.

Default warranty for Medical Grade" and Sealed keyboards and mice which include: Really Cool, Really Cool Touch, E Cool, Slim Cool, Slim Cool Plus Keyboards, and Mighty Mouse/Petite Mouse
One Year Warranty
Default Warranty for So Cool Keyboard, Really O'Cool (Oil-Resistant Keyboard), Mighty O'Mouse (Oil-Resistant Mouse), Very Cool, Its Cool Keyboard, Its Cool Wireless Keyboard, L Cool Keyboard, D Cool, C Mouse, and C Mouse Wireless
Orders can be returned within 30-days for full refund (shipping not included). Return requests received after 30-days will require additional approval and a 30% restocking fee. Open products (Mouse Pad, Laptop Drapes, Cool Drapes, etc.), custom products and Private Eye" Monitors are not eligible for return/refund. Units used for biological or industrial applications CANNOT be returned for refund. All units returning for refund my be in "like new" condition with original packaging and accessories (i.e. Cables, dongles, etc.).

Your Man & Machine keyboard and mouse is designed to withstand repeated cleaning without unplugging or turning off the computer.
How to Clean:
- Turn on TruLock to lock the keys while plugged into the computer.
- Clean the surface of the product by wiping, brushing, or spraying it using only cloths, sponges, or soft bristle brushes
- Wipe dry with a clean cloth or allow to air dry
- Turn off TruLock to unlock the keys
Approved Disinfectants
- Chlorine based, up to 100,000 ppm (10%) bleach content (ex. Clorox, Novalsan, etc.)
- Alcohol based
- Glutaraldehyde based
- Phenol based (ex. Cavicide, Isopropyl Alcohol, Medicide, Durr FD 322, FD 333 & 350, etc.
- Formaldehyde based, up to 370,000 ppm (37%) formaldehyde content (Formaldehyde Solution 37%, Vinco Formaledgen, etc.)
- Oxidizing, up to 30,000 ppm (3%) content (such as Hydrogen Peroxide 3% Solution, Lifeguard Series, etc.)
- Quaternary Ammonium, up to 25,000 ppm (2%) content (ex. Roccal-D, Bacto-Sep, Parvosol, Durr FD 300 2%, Durr FD 312 2%, etc.)
- Soap & Water
Restrictions
- Only clean using the cleaning methods and disinfectants outlined in the user manual
- Note that the USB connector must not be exposed to any liquid
- Always follow the instructions provided by the cleaning product manufacturer
- Do NOT use petroleum-based cleaning fluids (i.e. Gasoline, Turpentine, or oil), Acetone, or abrasive cleaning aids and products.
- Do NOT use buffing pads or scrubbing pads
- Do NOT expose the product to temperatures below 32°F or above 104°F (below 0°C or above 40°C)
- Do NOT use temperature or pressure sterilization on keyboards or mice
