Man & Machine, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the product it manufactures shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. Manufacturer's sole obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing with the same or comparable items that have failed due to manufacturing and/or mechanical defects only. Normal wear and tear (i.e. key legend wearing off), and abuse (i.e. ripped/torn keys, frayed/torn cables, etc.), negligence, accident, mishandling, lightning or flood, or other Acts of God are not covered under this warranty. ***PLEASE NOTE***
For our "Premium Keyboards and Mice" (ReallyCool, SlimCool, ReallyCool Touch, SlimCool+, MightyMouse, PetiteMouse, SoCool), we incorporate a date code in the serial number on the end of the cable. The year it was manufactured is represented by a letter. Any keyboards or mice that were manufactured within the last two years (they would have a letter "O", "P", "Q" or "R" in the serial number date code), or have a yellow "Lifetime Warranty" label on the cable near the USB connector, would still be considered under our warranty, assuming they are not damaged or abused. Anything outside of this range would be considered normal wear and tear, and no longer covered under our manufacturers warranty. These items have exceeded their life expectancy for a keyboard or mouse.

Default warranty for Medical Grade" and Sealed keyboards and mice which include: Really Cool, Really Cool Touch, E Cool, Slim Cool, Slim Cool Plus Keyboards, and Mighty Mouse/Petite Mouse
One Year Warranty
Default Warranty for So Cool Keyboard, Really O'Cool (Oil-Resistant Keyboard), Mighty O'Mouse (Oil-Resistant Mouse), Very Cool, Its Cool Keyboard, Its Cool Wireless Keyboard, L Cool Keyboard, D Cool, C Mouse, and C Mouse Wireless
Orders can be returned within 30-days for full refund (shipping not included). Return requests received after 30-days will require additional approval and a 30% restocking fee. Open products (Mouse Pad, Laptop Drapes, Cool Drapes, etc.), custom products and Private Eye" Monitors are not eligible for return/refund. Units used for biological or industrial applications CANNOT be returned for refund. All units returning for refund my be in "like new" condition with original packaging and accessories (i.e. Cables, dongles, etc.).

Your Man & Machine keyboard and mouse is designed to withstand repeated cleaning without unplugging or turning off the computer.
How to Clean:
- Follow the TruLock instructions found in the product user manual to lock the keys while plugged into the PC.*
- Clean the surface of the product by wiping, brushing or spraying it using only cloths, sponges or soft bristle brushes.
- Wipe dry with cloth or allow to air dry.
- Follow the TruLock instructions found in the product user manual to unlock the keys while plugged into the PC.
! DO NOT place the USB or PS/2 connector in fluid!
Approved Disinfectants
- Chlorine based, up to 100,000 ppm (10%) bleach content
- Alcohol based
- Glutaraldehyde based
- Phenol based
- Formaldehyde based, up to 370,000 ppm (37%) formaldehyde content
- Oxidising, such as Hydrogen Peroxide, up to 30,000 ppm (3%) content
- Quaternary Ammonium, up to 20,000 ppm (2%) content.
Restrictions
- Only clean using the cleaning methods and disinfectants described under "cleaning instructions" in this manual.
- Please note that the USB connector must not be immersed in liquid.
- Always follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the cleaning product.
- Do not use petroleum based cleaning fluids nor Acetone or abrasive cleaning aids and products.
- Do not expose the product to temperatures below 32 °F or above 158 °F. (below 0 PC or above 70 SC.)
- Do not use temperature or pressure stenization.
- Exposing any silicone product to the oils contained in some hand alcohol, hand lotions and other emollients reduces their life span. Regular cleaning helps to limit this effect. Such degradation is not covered under warranty.
