Return Information:

Orders can be returned within 30-days for a full refund (shipping not included).  Return requests received after 30-days will require additional approval and a 30% restocking fee.  Custom/non-standard configurations will require a 30% restocking fee.  Units used for biological or industrial applications CANNOT be returned for a refund.  All untis returning for refund must be in "like new" condition with original packaging and accessories (i.e. cables, dongles, etc.).

Warranty Statement

Man & Machine, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the product it manufactures shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. Manufacturer’s sole obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing with the same or comparable items that have failed due to manufacturing and/or mechanical defects only. Normal wear and tear (i.e. key legend wearing off), and abuse (i.e. ripped/torn keys, frayed/torn cables, etc.), negligence, accident, mishandling, lightning or flood, or other Acts of God are not covered under this warranty. ***PLEASE NOTE***
For our “Premium Keyboards and Mice” (ReallyCool, SlimCool, ReallyCool Touch, SlimCool+,  MightyMouse, PetiteMouse, SoCool), we incorporate a date code in the serial number on the end of the cable.  The year it was manufactured is represented by a letter. Any keyboards or mice that were manufactured within the last two years (they would have a letter “O”, “P”, “Q” or “R” in the serial number date code), or have a yellow “Lifetime Warranty” label on the cable near the USB connector, would still be considered under our warranty, assuming they are not damaged or abused.  Anything outside of this range would be considered normal wear and tear, and no longer covered under our manufacturers warranty.  These items have exceeded their life expectancy for a keyboard or mouse.

Default warranty for Medical Grade™ and Sealed keyboards and mice which include: Really Cool, Really Cool Touch, E Cool, Slim Cool, Slim Cool Plus Keyboards, and Mighty Mouse/Petite Mouse

Three Year Warranty
Default Warranty for So Cool Keyboard

One Year Warranty
Default Warranty for Really O’Cool Oil Resistant Keyboard, Mighty O’Mouse, Very Cool, Its Cool/Its Cool Wireless, L Cool, D Cool, Simply Cool Touch Keyboards, and C Mouse/C Mouse Wireless
