Clifton Broumand is the founder and CEO of Man & Machine, Inc.. Mr. Broumand received his BS in Engineering from Purdue in 1978 and Master of Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America in 1981. Mr. Broumand's focus in engineering was in Human Factors Engineering, Ergonomics, and Aerospace Engineering.

Over the years, Man & Machine’s Big Cheese, Clifton Broumand, has had a number of visits with U.S. lawmakers. He has been asked to voice his opinion on topics such as health care, minimum wage and other small business concerns.

He has preformed press conferences, participated in meetings and given tours of Man & Machine headquarters to sitting heads of state.
